Read the reviews and thought it sounded like a great product — obviously it is for some. I have very fine hair and no matter how many times I tried I could never apply it close to the roots (yes, using the comb to hold it up) without staining my scalp as well…

I use this on my dark brown. nearly black hair and I love it. It is a liquid and the brush allows better application for me than the typical mascara brushes (which tend to mess up my hair since my hairs get stuck in it). I will say though, use the enclosed brush so that you do not color your scalp, which will look weird:) Oh, and it dried great and didn’t run or come off when touching.

As for the bad reviews I think maybe they had lighter hair and the product might not work as well with this color hair. Not sure, but I love it.

I read to reviews on this poduct before purchasing it. It didn’t live up to the hype. In all fairness maybe I have too much gray. The little comb is difficult to use, and if you’re not careful you’ll end up with spots of obvious color on your scalp. I would not reccomend this to anyone.

I was skeptical, because I’ve tried other “cover your grey” products, but I’m very happy with this one. It is easy to use and it did cover the grow-out at the part in my hair. It’s not for use all over…just for touching up little greys until you get your next color. But, at my part it blended in great and stayed in all day. I’m so relieved to find something like this. My hair grows fast, and I hate the “skunk stripe” I get after only a few weeks. So, I’m a convert!

this product doesn’t work. i tried to touch up my roots, but had to wash it out immediately. doesn’t look natural, by the time you cover all gray you cover your whole scalp with the same color as well. looks horrible. and when you try to clean the color from the scalp it goes away from your hair as well…
